Ljubljana is the capital of the Republic of Slovenia and the Green Capital of Europe 2016. It has preserved its character of a small town and at the same time offers all the facilities of a modern European metropolis: theater, museums, galleries and much more. Through the town is winding river Ljubljanica, which was until the mid 19th century the most important transport route in and out of the city. In the heart of its inhabitants it has a very special place and that’s why special in the summer they like to gather around Ljubljanica. Arriving by bus to Ljubljana to Livada, where for bus free parking place is provided. Embarking the boat at inn Livada, which takes you along the picturesque banks of the River Ljubljanica on a tour to admire the Centre and the old town of Ljubljana from the waterline. After an hour-long ride on the Ljubljanica river you return to the inn Livada, where already waiting delicious home-cooked meals, which you previously select from our offer for groups.

The combination of a walking tour of Ljubljana, the boat ride and taste traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant Livada on the bank of the Ljubljanica.

Arriving by bus to Ljubljana and exiting on Congress Square. Bus drives to the inn Livada, where for bus free parking place is provided. On the walking tour thru Ljubljana you visit seat of the Duchy of Carniola, the Philharmonic Hall, all the way to Triple Bridge designed by Plečnik and the Franciscan Church. The path around Ljubljana includes the sightseeing of St. Nicholas Cathedral, followed by the open-air food market , which is closed in the afternoon and on Sunday. The tour completes with  the visit of  the Robba’s Fountain, the City hall, Old Town and Plečnik’s famous National University Library. In the center of Ljubljana you embark the boat and after approx. 20 minute ride along the picturesque banks of the River Ljubljanica you will reach the inn Livada, where is already waiting for you a delicious home-cooked meals, which you previously select from our offer for groups.

The combination of tasting traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant Livada, boat ride into the center and a walking tour of Ljubljana.

Arriving by bus to Ljubljana to the inn Livada, where for bus free parking place is provided. In inn Livada there is aleady waiting for you a delicious home-cooked meals, which you previously select from our offer for groups. After lunch or dinner you embark the boat on the pontoon at Livadi. After 20 minute ride along the picturesque banks of the River Ljubljanica you will reach the city center. On the walking tour thru Ljubljana you visit the National University Library , the Old Town, the City Hall and the Robba’s Fountain. The sightseeing includes also the visit of St. Nicholas Cathedral and the open-air food market,  which is closed in the afternoon and on Sunday. The tour continues with the visit of the Franciscan Church, Plečnik’s Triple Bridge, the seat of the Duchy of Carniola and the Philharmonic Hall. The bus awaits you on the Congress Square (Slovene: Kongresni trg),  where the visit of the Ljubljana is concluded.
